Louie came to us when he was scooped up during a TNR project (Trap, Neuter, Return programs for feral cats to reduce the population), that’s why his left ear has just a little missing- it’s to signify if he were caught again that he’s already neutered. Louie has done great living indoors, he’s social and playful and has done well with the other cats in his foster home
